I’ve been to other physiotherapists before meeting with Mark Saunders. Unlike them, he actually found the real problems with my lower back pain. After day one, his treatment and home exercises made a big difference. I wish I had gone to him sooner!

My go-to physio! I’ve been dealing with neck and back pain, and daily muscle stiffness in the mornings. Since seeing Mark, I feel like I’ve been cured! My long term back pain is now gone, after only 4 visits. He uses different methods including massaging and cupping, plus the at-home exercises he has given me have been working a treat. I’ll continue to visit once every couple of months to for maintenance and to keep everything in check. Great, friendly staff, a positive vibe and attitude at this wonderful physio centre. Can’t fault it!

I recently had my first session with Peter. He’s really friendly, explains everything well, gave me simple and achievable home exercises to complete and a rehab program to finish so I can get back into progressing my training. Switch is officially my go-to physio now

Such a fantastic practice, I can’t recommend enough. The practitioners genuinely care about patients and are invested in the outcomes of treatments provided. They take the time to really understand the presenting condition and any underlying issues that could be impacting the injury are explored. Highly skilled and knowledgeable physiotherapists providing various treatment modalities to offer a comprehensive service.I have seen Harry for various different injuries and have successfully transitioned back into training.

Cannot recommend switch enough and especially Peter for his service. Since working with Peter I have been pain free with my training. He has helped me work through injuries which I have had for years and has guided me in the right direction to be able to enjoy my training again and not only provide knowledge to myself but to my clients.No second thoughts, just book!

Mark, at Maroubra Switch, has done magic getting me back to original after being hit by a car on a pedestrian crossing. After seeing doctors, podiatrists and other specialists for various parts of the problems resulting from the accident, physio appears to be the final piece in the puzzle which Switch has solved. Great job.

Love this place! Harry is my favorite- been seeing him for years. He treated me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. Especially after the baby was born Harry has been so wonderful. My body always feels a million dollars after I leave. Also massages are amazing there !!!Such lovely staff, and easy to make appointments.

I have been attending Switch for 3 years now, and the service is fantastic. Extremely friendly. Compassionate to one’s injury and they know exactly how to handle when someone is in pain.
