Australia Post - Ramsgate Beach LPO

Disgusting service, called 50 times and not one employee is capable of answering a phone, I was hung up on numerous times.

I try to call this post office and they put it on the fax machine on purpose so people can’t get through!!! So if someone is unable to physically go to the post office to ask a question about their parcel and you can’t call them , then what are you meant to do??? No matter what time you call this PO you will never get through, it’s appalling!

I was just screamed and yelled at by the Asian lady (don't know her name) who works in the Aus Post section over the phone. I asked her repeatedly to not yell at me but she continued to do so and then hung up on me. Atrocious! How is this person working in customer service?? I have 2 parcels to collect as per a card in my letterbox. However, the postman did not note the tracking numbers on it. When I went to the PO she had only 1 parcel for me. She said she would call me back today to advise on the location of the other parcel as it is 'missing'. She called me today and claimed the postman said he' handed 2 parcels to me' last week. I tried explaining to her I saw him on the Wednesday whereas the card we're referring to was delivered on the Friday and hence they are different deliveries. Also, if he handed me the two parcels already pertaining to this then why did she have a third to give me yesterday? I tried explaining that what he's said is incorrect and I need to know where the other missing parcel is as there's no tracking number on the card for me to know which order it is for. She started screaming at me that this is what the postman told her and too bad I can call Aus Post and hung up on me. Can't believe it.

One staff is very friendly , the other is very unfriendly....not even a helo..
