Went to get prescription for me and mum. Carly was awsome!!! She helped us choose frames and lenses. She is pleasant and has great knowledge. She explained the different options, answered all our questions and provided advise on the best option for each case.

Had an amazing experience at Specsavers Doncaster, thank you Siyumi for your excellent customer service! I wanted to pick out a pair of new glasses and she was so helpful and friendly, you can tell she was very knowledgeable about her job and really went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my glasses. The store should be grateful they have such a hardworking and costumer oriented staff like Siyumi, thanks again!

My initial app had to be changed the shop was very busy and no one at the front door to greet me. The treatment room was to small for my wheelchair . I would like to offer some disability sweetness

I was served by Kyan to acquire a replacement pair of glasses after mine broke. He was incredibly helpful in facilitating the warranty details. I was then served by Morgan some weeks later after the glasses arrived and he was incredibly thoughtful in his service and ensured I had no other issues before leaving

I dropped my glasses on the tiled bathroom flor and bent the arm where it connects to the lens. In repairing the break the lens was accidentally scratched so I was given a new set of glasses without cost. Excellent service.

I have had my eye test done by Lulu and blue light prescription glasses by Linda @ doncaster branch. They both are so thorough with their work. Linda spent good time to explain and help me look for the right frames for me. Highly recommend spec-savers for your eye health checks and glasses.

Very helpful staff. Thorough in eye testing. I appreciated the assistance with frame selection. I have a small face so most frames look huge on my face. Happy to say I found some that fit well. And staff took time and care with final fitting at the time of collecting my new glasses. Great experience. Thank you.
