Went in today to get eyelash extensions done. I asked the lady at the front desk and instead of greeting me she just immediately asked me how old I was (I’m 18, so a legal adult in QLD). She then proceeded to tell me that people under 18 needed parental consent. I then repeated that I was 18 and she said I still needed consent saying, “18 and under 18”. She then showed me the form pointing to the bottom part that said ‘parent/guardian signature (if client is under 18 year/s). I then told her that it said under 18 and she still insisted I couldn’t get them done without a parents signature. I don’t have a legal guardian and I think the staff should learn their policies correctly. I hadn’t read any reviewed before I went. But after reading through them, I’m glad I didn’t get them done here.

I have been coming to these girls for years and they have always been so lovely and always do a good job with my full face threading! Always clean and tidy I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend their service x

Only recently heard about henna brows and was interested to know more. I walked past this place and they happened to do them so I started looking at a brochure and straight away someone asked if I needed any help. The lady there was happy to talk to me and tell me everything I needed to know to decide that I would give it a go. I was still scared not to like them since it’s my face and lasts a few weeks haha.. but she did a really great job I can’t stop looking at them! So happy and I’ll definitely be back. The beauticians name was Rupa, very friendly and professional and did such a great job so quickly. 100% recommend!

Do not recommend for eyelashes at all! My eyes were glued together, she proceeded to pluck my natural eyelashes out (about 6 from each eye) and she glued them to my eyelid!

definitely would NOT recommend. horrid customer service. the employees were short tempered and condescending. there is also no range in eyelash extensions and crappy quality not impressed! if your looking to be treated like a child and get full lash" extensions with no structure then this is the right place for you!! :)"

Customer service should be a big part of your business and unfortunately I didn’t receive this today.I went in to get my eyebrows threaded, I was asked to sit in the available chair. Not once did the girl talk to me except for the words ‘hold’ and ‘let go’. What bothered me the most was that I was a new client, I had let my eye brows grow out so that I could have them reshaped. I wasn’t asked about what I was after and if I had anything in mind.Secondly, I understand that it is difficult working on someone’s eyebrows but each time the beautician was pushing me to the point I had to move my arms or she would have squished them.The long sleeves on the blazer aren’t very professional, I had it all over my face and it smelt like curry. Being Indian myself, I love a good curry, but not the fragments of it all over my face while getting my eyebrows done.Lastly, I wasn’t asked if I wanted any cream on them, just a tissue was handed to wipe off the loose hairs.Great price, but I definitely won’t return. I would rather pay the extra for a business who goes above and beyond
