Exceptional service from Virginia!! I shopped for a new robot vacuum at Godfrey's Springfield today and hadn't thought about how to get it to my car with my sleeping baby in the pram. Virginia was so thoughtful and immediately offered to bring it out for me, and even helped me fit it in the car. She was also very knowledgeable about the vacuum model I wanted, and made sure I had all the additional accessories I would need. Thank you Virginia!

Virginia is AMAZING. For her customers AND for her team. You can see that they appreciate her as much as her customers do. She runs a smooth team and ALWAYS looks after us. Cannot recommend this store enough, always going above and beyond.

I generally do not leave reviews.However, after my experience today, I cannot rave enough about the customer service.I thought buying a floor cleaner was going to be a very begrudged purchase!Virginia is absolutely delightful and the guy working with her today was so pleasant and engaging.I got it home and actually enjoyed cleaning my carpets!You NEED to experience the customer service in this store.They do it right!Thankyou.

Virginia has sold me 3 products so far that I didn’t even know I needed. She is not pushy just lets the products speak for themselves. Great product demonstrations and friendly customer service. Very happy with my shopping experience, would recommend to friends and family.

Purchased a Hoover smart wash plus carpet cleaner at Godfrey's springfield. Extremely happy with the purchase, amazing results on our carpets and upholstery. We were helped by Virginia at the store, she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, very friendly and enthusiastic. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase one.

I went in knowing exactly what I was after (done my looking online) I wanted to see it in person before purchasing, so went in with the intention of just seeing what I was wanting to purchase. I got into the store and was greeted and asked if I needed a hand, I which then explained that I knew what I was after… the vac/steam mop was a cheaper one as affordability was what I could do. I then got told bad things about the one I was wanting, that it doesn’t work properly and so forth ….. I asked for a demo and what does what, no one in the store knew how to work it, got told that it was broken and not good and dragged to the other side to see the $600 plus range and got a full demonstration on how they work and how amazing they are and how they can do all sorts of things and self cleaning….. but that wasn’t what I was after! Maybe they should know a bit of knowledge about the cheaper options too and their functions and demo‘s and make sure the one they have in store works also and not just try to up sell…

I was VERY impressed with Virginia’s knowledge of the products and friendly, professional attitude. I purchased a vacuum last weekend then returned to buy an extra accessory today. Would recommend to all.
