Very disappointing, I bought some products from these guys and on purchase l said I might return some items that are not suitable, they said I will get a refund if I keep the docket, I did and in returning some products un used they kept on playing dumb, I'm sorry sir I'm not sure how to refund your money come back another day

Very helpful and friendly staff if you cant find what you want in store they will order it in if they can, I'll be back

I had the misfortune of going to the Shepparton store and was served by the most arrogant and rude sales person I have ever encountered. No more Clark Rubber for me. I would give a minus star rating if there was that opportunity.

I went to Clark Rubber had some chair cushions made. Great guys there very helpful and had them cut and covered in no time. They are perfect and very happy with the service. Thankyou.

Absolutely shocking.Went in there to buy a spa filter and chemicals.Drove twice from regional to the store. Both times spent over 600 dollars in chemicals as well as promised to order me a new filter for my spa. It’s been 4 weeks and they haven’t responded or told us where the filter is.I’ve called on numerous occasions and no one knows about our filter and no one knows that I’ve spoken with the manager.Also second visit to the store with a family of 5. 3 small children. Manager again promised me the chemicals and filter and also purchased more chemicals. Then told us to wait while he served others during serving us. We had to wait for him with our children on a hot day because he was too busy dealing with a client that came in after us.Spent over 1200 dollars and still no filter and no communication from the store.Shocking !!!!!The managers are liars and only wanted to take our money with empty promises.

Just went to buy some pool products very friendly staff and very good service.

My favorite leather lounge cushion was saggy in the middle. I watched some Youtube and measured and order the foam and Dacron. Without me asking, the staff at Shepparton Clark Rubber stuck the Dacron to the foam (this saved a lot of time and mucking around). The package was well wrapped and arrived the next day. Installation was simple (unzip, pull old foam, put new foam/Dacron in). It cost lest that expected and my lounge is now better than new. No fuss, great to deal with, next day delivery; five stars.

Went to see what I could get to help with insulation! The team were very knowledgeable and helpful, service was excellent and pricing was competitive. I will see how the products go and be back to order more! Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Deserve a zero.Wont order certain pool parts but wont tell you that. 4 plus enquiries since before Xmas and nobody there knows if a part was ordered.Manager is a waste of time. Deplorable service.
