Called yesterday as a prospective client, the old lady who answered the phone (from the sounds of it) was extremely rude, kept cutting me off with a raised voice. Not sure if she decided she could behave this way because she was having a bad day but this has made me take my business elsewhere. Pull up your act dear lady
