Inspired Printing

Had a banner printed for charity find raiser, was sent an invoice for 30% more than was quoted over the phone. The banner was 50% smaller than the original size, due to the size/format of the artwork I provided - fair enough. Received the invoice no less than 51 times over the next 2 days, and no response to my complaint about the quoted price. Ended up paying a slightly reduced invoice that was sent to me with no explanation (still more than originally quoted) for a banner with less than half the area.Would recommend getting any pricing from them in writing, not verbally.

Just wanted to Thank the Team at Inspired Design for helping us form our ideal Invitation (Absolutely Fantastic End Result). As it was a combined invitation both Wedding & Christening the team helped us come up with a solution to accommodate both events on the one invite. The whole process from start to end was fantastic and we were very pleased with the Final Result. I was absolutely pleased with my invitations by Inspired Design.The team were very helpful and we were very impressed with their customer service, wedding invitation designs, the care and attention to detail with our invitationsThey also created an assembled sample mockup invitation design to show us what it would look like before they went to printI was so happy we visited their retail store in Preston store to look at their designs than taking our chance with any other online supplier. Bricks and Mortar suppliers are still my preference as you can see what you will get.I will definitely recommend Inspired Design to any bride and groom for their wedding invitations.

After much research and chatting to several different printers in Melbourne, I decided to go with Inspired Design for our wedding invites for several reasons.1. Pricing, while on par with their competitors, was upfront, honest and free of any hidden costs whatsoever. Print quality was fabulous and they had quite a range of stock paper to choose from as well.2. The turnaround time was amazing with barely a day or two between proofs and just three days for the final printing of the invites and accessories.Last and definitely the highlight of my experience with them - their service! I found Inspired Design on the web, Your samples looked very impressive and of a high quality.I was determined to find someone that offered quality workmanship at an affordable price. The reason for this was because a work colleague of mine chose her invites based on price alone and found that her invites stared falling apart. This was very disappointing for her and I would be absolutely horrified if it happened to me.So I guess a good balance would be nice.I visited your store and was instantly amazed at the huge variety of papers you had and the large number of albums full of custom invitation designs that looked even better in real life. I had a very courteous and helpful young guy serve me and he really knew his stuff and even suggested some very practical improvements to my design. We discussed all aspects of my invites in detail and finally he gave me a price. I must say that I was blown away with how good the price was compared to the quality of the invites I wanted.I was sold I booked without hesitation and without any concerns, as I felt totally relaxed and confident with my decisionTo cut a long story short after I approved my full mock up it took literally 1 week for my final invites to be finished!!! The service was great. The staff were accommodating and very professional. We developed our own design for our wedding invitations. Inspired Design knew exactly what we were after. The finished product was of high quality and exceeded our expectations. They were also reasonably priced.

Very disappointed!!! Walked in to get a quote on 150 invites and was not even acknowledged. Was walking around for 10 minutes just waiting for someone to come out when they clearly heard I was in store and kept saying hello. You are a local business for me that I could have potentially done my wedding invitations with, but you obviously lack basic customer service skills considering you could see me through through you see through window screen". Not sure why you even have a see through window or door beep when you cant simply come out and say hello to a customer that walks in and stays for 10 minutes needing service. Will not go back and would not recommend to anyone what a waste of my time."
