Burrawang General Store
The Burrawang General store is very well design both architecture and interior. The store open since 1867. However, design and the maintenance are suburb.The store offer breakfast brunch lunch dinner coffee tea and dessert. Basically everything you can think of. The store offer both indoor and outdoor seat.I love the soup. The mushroom soup and the pumpkin soup both are great. We have also try the lamp bite, chicken burger with sweet potato chips and the beef burger with chip. Oh and also the fish. It’s lovely. Do come by the food are great and also the service :)))Enjoy!!

Awful experience, owner was rude and disinterested. Staff didn't show up but don't take it out on customers. All we wanted to do was order a coffee & it was a major drama. Had to basically beg for a coffee. What a shame as it's a lovely venue. We don't go out to experience negativity if you can't run a business shut it down.

Excellent customer service - can't stress this enough. Our waitress was super friendly and accommodating! My large group was pleasantly surprised. Food was very decent too, though the fried chicken burger patty was a little dry - though I believe it's because they use chicken breast instead of thigh. The sweet potato fries and coffee were top notch!

We had the most amazing apple crumble on our stop off at the Burrawang General Store. The conversion retains all the historic touches of the period to make it an oasis of history.

What a find! Beautiful coffee. Lovely staff and a French toast that did not disappoint. Had a lovely browse through the lovely little shop in the garden as well.

Amazing atmosphere and amazing food & coffee! Make sure you stop by this little hidden gem for breakfast and coffee/tea on your next Southern Highlands road trip!We ordered a Big Breakfast (BEST BACON EVER) and the unique Croque Madame and loved them both. Would like to go back and try other food on the menu.I think because of covid they are only opened 8-11am and didn't have their lunch menu available which is a shame. But more reason to come back and try that in the future.Make sure you book a table ahead to avoid disappointment!P.s. thanks for the lady who gave us a free and delicious muffin for the road on our way out as they were closing

Disappointing lunch. 2x Chicken burger with Fries - $28 eachBurger was so bland. No seasoning, minimal sauce on one side of bun. Chicken was meh and the cheese was just wrong.We gave constructive feedback to an older lady who just replied, well that’s our best seller and walked away without clearing our plates.Nice setting but won’t recommend.
