Great aged care facility. They really care about each patient and look after them well.,

A very neat self contained community with lovely gardens between the units and the main community facilities. An old friend who resides here took my brother and I to the main dining hall and treated us to a hearty feed of roast pork, crackling, veges and gravy. The price was amazing! Heck I might just drop in here for a cheap tasty dinner on the way home from a mountain bike ride ! My tapeworm will be very satisfied!

Worked there as an Agency for a shift, the other workers are very good, and the residents seem happy, would work there again!

Nursing staff are really nice however the lady at reception was extremely rude and condescending. She seemed to be reluctant when talking to me, also appeared to be impatient and rude while talking to other customers.

Nice enough place, But if you work for them and a family member/loved one gets sick you get let go for looking after them. Also still waiting to be paid over 3 weeks. *Update* Most reviews about the pay is spot on! The amount of times I've called and emailed.. You'd think they'd answer their phone once a day atleast.. Also seen the carers yell at the Elderly and made jokes about them. Trash place with worse people.

Incompetent Director of Nursing, only been out of training 2 years and it shows, badly trained incompetent staff, unwilling to take clinical advise from others, will always go for the cheapest option other than the right care, place has been under the watch of the Auditors for some time, this place has more holes in its care than swiss cheese. Do your relatives a favour and walk on by!

This is one of the nicest homes I have ever seen. I have had a few of my loved ones live out the last of their days here and many friends move here since. When you visit yoyr loved ones, you are greeted often by first name by the manager, nurses, and other staff. The care and love shown to the residence is very high... everyone becomes a friend. There is great respect within this home and I admire this. I visit other homes where have friends staying and my heart is saddened when I compare the standards to Jeta Gardens. I'm only 36 and hope to never need high care. However if I do, I hope I can be as well looked after as the residence are in Jeta.
