I recommend not going here. I have never had my eyebrows so poorly done . I love my thick eyebrows and pride myself in growing them to be full. The individual who waxed mine took off half my eyebrow and it’s going to take months to grow back. While I was getting my brows waxed she also talked about how she was “prochoice” and anti covid vaccinations. As an individual who has a medical condition that puts me into a category as a member of the at risk population I was absolutely shocked that this is Brazilian Beauty choice of an employee and representative. And to have a conversation with me about vaccines not saving lives, but killing them was another thing to add to the experience. Did she forget about the thousands that have died unable to access vaccines during the world-wide pandemic crisis? As much as you’re allowed to have an opinion is it really Brazilian Beauty’s policy for it to be acceptable to bring up a conversation with me about it in a professional environment? I felt incredibly uncomfortable and more importantly disheartened by the misinformation she seemed to be treating as fact. Never going back .

I was hesitant about coming to a new place for my brow sculpt and tint. My usual lady was on extended leave. I asked to keep the same shape that I already had, keep them natural. In the consult she showed me she understood my request. After the waxing reveal I saw a completely different shape. I have been left with high arched uneven wax and tint brows. She told me “I changed the shape a little, making the arch a little higher”. That was never discussed once. I now have to wait for my original eyebrows to grow back. What is the point of asking what I want client wants if it’s not followed thru.

I have been a loyal customer since June 2011 and had different beauty sessions with various teams and managers. Unfortunately last night (05 Sep 2019) I received a very poor customer service and was deceived. That’s so unpleasant and an unprofessional way of doing business. I had feather tattoo treatment on 5th August (part A) and paid $399. My treatment was incomplete, my brows needed extra works to be balanced and also they had some missed areas to be re-filled. My part B or touch up session was scheduled for last night and at the end of the session I was told to pay another $399! I was shocked as no one in East Brisbane Brazilian beauty salon had told me it in the first place at the time of part A booking that touch up session incurs additional money, it is not even mentioned in the purple before/after care sheet. The sheet says what you pay at the beginning covers both sessions. I am very unhappy with the poor communication and do not recommend new management team to anyone. Don’t tell lie to your customers and follow honesty. I was deceived last night and do not trust the team anymore. Ladies, do not waste your money and time, be careful with the new team and think well before booking with them. I could leave the salon without paying as I was not informed, however I did. Try to attract customers, not lose them. This is cheating, you will not survive.

Just had a 6 steps Hydro Micro facial with Desiree. She is amazing. Gentle hands and Soft voice. Love it ! Highly recommended this treatment.

I came in today for lip filler, it was the most amazing experience! Both the ladies that looked after me were friendly and super professional!! I'm extremely happy with my new lips and even more happy about the no swelling and zero pain I can not explain how happy I am with my experience thank you so much ladies!

I have been seeing Codie for a few months now for Lashes and Spray tans at the Spring Hill and East Brisbane clinics. I walk away feeling empowered and beautiful after I see Codie. The eye to detail and expertise she provides is outstanding and I have truly never had such perfection from these appointments ever before until I have seen Codie. The retention on my lashes blows me away. When I see her, I don't feel pressured to buy hundreds of dollars worth of products, and she doesn't pick out my skin imperfections like other beauticians have in the past. Codie is a gem and I appreciate her calm, friendly and professional nature greatly.

Nice girl but she waxed my whole eyebrows off! Not kidding I have no hairs on the side of my eye brows. They are completely gone! I would not recommend getting eye brow wax. This is gonna take months to re grow. In the mean time I’m left looking like a clown with half an eye brow. I also have tint all over my face which will “come off in a few days” :/ she also left the solution on my lashes too long and halved the length of my lashes. They were so long after months of using serum and now they are Stubbs! Absolutely devastated with everything from this “treatment”. Train your staff better!!!!

I've always had great service when going to Brazilian Beauty to get my eyebrows done and always walk out feeling happy with the results! I recently went to the East Brisbane location for the first time and was lucky enough to have Harue as my clinician. She was so gentle and listened to what I wanted while also providing her own expert tips for me. Would definitely go to see her again!

Yesterday (Friday) I attended the salon for a spray tan. Knowing I have a lash appointment in the morning (Saturday) in preparation for an event on Sunday, I checked that the appointment was at 10am which was verbally confirmed. When I arrived at 10am, I was told by the same beautician that the appointment was at 9.40am not 10am and I cannot understand why I was not advised of this the day prior when I’d asked. The team member did make effort to call other salons, but I’d booked well in advance knowing Saturdays are impossible to book last minute. 20 minutes is not a long delay and it’s disappointing the individual didn’t offer flexibility by the way of alternative solutions (such as a 4pm appointment or simply running behind slightly and then making up the time from their lunch break to make up for the error). My spray tan is also hideously streaky which I was willing to overlook as it won’t be highly visible for the event, but in light of the error in timing and me now not having my lashes done for an important occasion, I believe it’s worth mentioning that as well.

Very professional and I love visit and feeling refreshed after. Kate normally looks after me advising me on the best ways to maintain skin. I haven't felt better.
