Nail Studio and Spa

I was a regular customer having full pedicure & manicure done every 2 weeks. I had these services done on Monday the shop was short staffed with only 3 people working. On Weds a nail chipped off (this is not a one off occurrence has happened a few times before just days after having my nails done.) All of my other nails had my original nails curling & breaking off from the colour & infill from underneath (the tips should have been replaced!) I went back in 3 days after I paid for services to show them what had happened. I was told it would cost me $60 to have new tips & colour which is the full price. They should have done this 3 days earlier and it would have been $15-20 more than I paid. They were not prepared to offer a discount on what I paid only 3 days prior & when I advised them they would be losing a regular customer they just walked away from me ignoring me & speaking to each other not in English. Really dissatisfied with the treatment & services. Nails should not be chipping off & breaking & pealing from underneath 3 DAYS after you have paid for a job to be done. I will not be going back or recommending them to anyone.

Seriously so over these nail salons with untrained nail techs". An absolute waste of my time and money. My nails are uneven

Owner is rude. Has you sitting waiting 30 mins tells you will be 10 mins. Won’t fix breaks after few days when from her poor service. Doesn’t listen when you want infills first then pedicure. Won’t be back neither will my sister. Other salons inside much better.

Really bad customer service have gone on 2 occasions first one getting a removal they didn't get it all off and when i went back they said they couldn't do anything, second time the lady rushed my nails so much the next day they started chipping, went in and they said i need to pay to get them fixed?? Don't go there very rude staff.

The main problem is that the person doing your nails is up and down seeing to other clients, and sometimes someone else takes over so continuity is lost

Went today to get acrylics and service was incredible. I prebooked to avoid waiting and ended up being done in under an hour which was perfect, nails themselves look amazing and very durable. lady who looked after me was so nice and price was amazing

It was great my nails came out fantastic. Did hurt a bit but that is probably because i'm sensitive other than that it was amazing the staff are kind and friendly overall it was an amazing experience. :]

That was the fastest acrylic refill I have ever had! Literally was under 30 mins, she was so good too and knew what she was doing, that girl needs a raise, most nail places take wayyyy to long to do nails but this place is always fast! I love it! Thanks gurls

I'm really torn-the girls there are lovely and the quality of the nails was great (4 weeks!!), know how to get achieve what you have in mind and have a great selection of colours, but I went back for infills the first time-$50. 2nd time was $70...admittedly I didn't ask how much it would be at the beginning, but for it to jump in price that much seemed a bit steep...nails look cute AF though. But disappointed in the lack of price consistency and transparency...

I have been a client for over a year, had an ankle injury asked for colour and clip only was charged full price. Will not be a customer any more
