They exceeded our expectations and in customer service, quality of product, price and timeliness.Our air-con broke down and Living Cool changed their schedule to assist us and worked with the parameters of our insurance company. Very professional team. Everything from the quote to the install was spot on. The design of the system & component choice were clearly detailed to us, why we would choose one system over another what size and where it should be placed. The install team were on time starting and on time finishing, cleaned up and gave us a run down on how to use all the new smart controls.
