Dynamic Sport Physiotherapy

I would give a negative rating if I could.Their physios are mostly new grads (search their names on AHPRA before booking) and does not know how to treat properly. They also start to cut times as they can see we were regulars. A few times they did it for only 15 minutes for 30min session.Also the admin staff Taz were very rude. I have cancelled my appointment due to health reasons a while ago and they didn't tell me about the cancellation fee, and when my husband had a booked session I went there as well and they demanded BOTH of us pay the cancellation fee before seeing our booked physio! They also claimed that we have cancelled our session multiple times less than 24 hours before.This could have been communicated via phone before we make our travel, and why on earth it has to be charged to both of us? Only my husband had an appointment.Also, they used to do a dodge thing, I had remedial massage from them because they said you can claim under physiotherapy with your private insurance. The massage therapist was useless and also had cut the time.And later on I found from my private health insurance receipt that this massage was claimed by this physio who wasn't even there.I thought this was the only physio near me, but after the cancellation fee happening, I switched my physio and I can now see what physios really meant to be.

Went to this Physio 4 times in 3 weeks. 2 physio over there told me my shoulder would be better or cured in 3 to 6 months or up to 1-2 years. They even mention easy 16 to 24 sessions of physio to help with my shoulder.Tried 4 times in this Dynamic physio, I Kind of feeling worst after going to this new physio, they have a few new grads physio (some of them inexperience due to my experience which I am in the sports industry for over 35 ++ years also).After 3rd session, pain was worst, I had to take 6 to 8 voltran and 8 Panadol’s after that physio session that day and it was worst then before. So I decided to give it a last shot, I was there 4th time on 30 Dec, more pain after that.I couldn’t even drive or Turn my steering wheel with my left arm. It was so much pain and unbearable. I never have so much pain after any other physio session in my 35+ years of sports industry.So decided to talk to a few mates in sports industry, and went to a Chinese physician and guess what? My arm was and shoulder have movement and arm can lift up almost 90% (was less then 60% before) within 15-20 mins!And YES, 15 mins after the treatment! I haven't had Pain killers since then.I Call them up, cancel my next appointments and they suppose to call me back which they didn’t. guess it was 30 Dec, New Years Eve.Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this place. More like sales and marketing physio then really help u to fix the problem.

I had a MBA a while ago and have neglected my rehab for awhile due to many reasons including time and money, but also because I never could stick with one physio service for long. Mainly due to the staff changing around too much and not being able to be worked on and concentrated on by one person.Well that is totally different here. You are assigned a treating physio who will thwn take you on a journey of recovery. After 17 years I finally am starting to make some progress through my physio's approach and treatment. Even on the rare occasions I have had to be treated by another physio, the service and approach was the same consistent level of excellence.I've been visiting these guys for over 18 months now and I will not go anywhere else.

They have help me a great deal the things they have showed me i can use for the rest of my life nice staff

Very rare breed of physiotherapists who don't delay treatment or use other tactics to be lazy. They are on the job straight away and use their hands to massage, give pressure and stretch your muscles. My personal therapist is Victor who is a great therapist and very switched on and hands on. My wife goes to Phoebe who is also great with her hands and techniques.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Sent them a referral last week clarified if they conducted excercise physio as their practise came up after I entered the code in Google search as I was directed. After confirming if they bulk billed, I emailed the referral to them which indicated that I’m aboriginal. Yesterday I received a call more so an interview and she tried to ask me for extra payments. I said it’s free. When I refused to pay, she claimed they didn’t do Excercise physio. They rang me again today and another interview was carried out. He did exactly the same thing. Prevented me from accessing the services in a nice way. That is racial discrimation and they continued to provoke me until I lost my temper. They never met so their actioned tje discrimation based upon a referral form

I liked the service here a little pricey at $98 for 30 mins. But results were as expected

A great, friendly team, from the admin staff to the physiotherapists :-) My appointments have always been on time and follow up care is great.
