Purchased a not so expense Mens dress watch from the Coffs Store last weekend. My husband noticed that it wasnt keeping time as if battery was dying. He just happen to be in another plaza 2 days later and went and got a new battery put in it, which seemed fine at the time but then after a hour or so it wasnt keeping up with the time again so not a battery issue clearly.I rang the store and explained the situation only to be very promptly told that if we changed the battery through a third party that it can not be replaced or refunded by the store and that if they send off to be fixed it will be at our expense. We arent talking about hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of watch here.

Unfortunately i was just in your store i wanted to purchase 2 pair of earings for my granddaughter, but the staff were so engaged talking with eachother that i was completely ignored, i stood waiting patiently but not one offered to serve me, ill go to another store.
