Hard work trying to even make first contact. Spoke to 3 people and still no joy.

I am totally blown away with the ease building a home with Chris and the team was. I didn't really talk much to Chris as his team is that good, and talk about friendly and professional they are a credit to the hotondo brand. Their tradespeople were amazing and the efficiency the work was carried out was nothing short of mind blowing. There are other houses getting built on my street that were started a month before mine and mines been finished and moved it before there's.I would note that I did use a different plumbing supply's as I didn't like the service in tradelink so if you are building with them I'd shop around for tap, sinks, showers ect.I was a grand over my allowance with premium fittings , I reckon I saved another $1500+

When we started looking for a builder we talked to a lot of builders, when we went to Hotondo Gympie we were listen too and felt valued. All through the process they were very helpful and there were no hidden surprises. I sell property for a living and have notice that when one of their homes that they have built come on the market its aways mention in the write up that Hotondo have built it, which shows the quality and reputation of their builds. I have no hesitation in recommending them to build your home. The quality is that good that when you walk into a house 9 times out of 10 you can tell its a Hotondo built home or not.
