These guys are awesome. They bent over backwards to help me with some pool lighting. I have been to a couple of pool shops locally and these guys are the best. Very professional and always super friendly.

If you advertise that you are open until 2pm on a Saturday, stay open till then. Second time recently I have arrived at 1:10pm and the shop is closed. Off to find a new regular pool shop now.

Very friendly and knowledgeable team. They didn't try to sell me products when i didn't need them. They gave me some GOOD on maintaining a healthy sparkling pool.

I enjoyed my experience with Nathan from Pure Aqua. Super down to earth yet still very professional and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about how to take care of a pool and within a couple of days I felt super confident in my abilities thanks to his guidance and the way he explained the pool and equipment connected to it. On top of that, he looked after me with a competitive price for my pool robot and even let me borrow his personal pool robot for a week to make sure It was something I wanted to invest in. For me, that’s the definition of gold star customer service and going above and beyond. Thank you, guys!! Great company…

I've previously left a 5 star review, but have since come to modify my rating and review since the amazing pool technician they had left the company on short notice.Since that date, we had several bad experiences, from their technician being on site for less than 5 minutes total (and from watching through the window, didn't seem to do anything other than take photos to show he had been) to missing the fact the pool pump was leaking badly, to claiming we had black spot algae (we didn't, it was staining from nearby trees) to upsell multiple products we didn't need.Sadly, I can no longer recommend a once great business, all because of the new technicians that they have on staff.

A wonderful business with great customer service. Having been badly let down by another pool shop, Karlie and Nathan came to the rescue quickly on 2 occasions showing professionalism, care and terrific customer service. Highly recommended!
