Witnessed a senior female staff member berating a younger staff member in front of customers. Was an absolute disgrace. Submitted a complaint directly to company via the webite detailing the time/names of staff members involved which was ignored. I'll never shop here again and the owner/manager should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely disgusting.

Rude staff. Made me feel I was inconvenience to their day.

Purchased 2 items of similar properties at the CBD store, unfortunately, after opening 1 i figured it was not suitable so I decided to return the unopened item at my local chemist warehouse (this store) with the receipt. The shop girl was extremely rude and bluntly asked me, how do you know if its not right if you haven't opened it?" And stared at me

A poor experience using the Electronic Prescription Service. Details filled in, was told they didn’t receive the details and then had to line up for about 10 minutes to order the script and now I am told to wait further. I fail to see how their issue using their systems should become my issue and thereby inconvenience me. If you’re offering a service as a convenience through using a mobile device, you should ensure it functions properly.

This is usually my local chemist but today I left shocked and dissapointed. I needed to fill a script to get medication that I need daily for my chronic illness, unfortunately the script had expired, so I asked if it was possible to get an emergency supply. The woman said no so I told her that without the medication I'll become unwell.She then had the nerve to tell me again not only that I couldn't get an emergency supply but to go to hospital if I become unwell.A pharmacist who would rather a patient end up in hospital than give them two days worth of medication should not be a pharmacist in my opinion.I can only access this medication through my cardiologist who is currently on break for the holidays. I have been able to get emergency supplies in the past so I don't know why this time was any different. Thankfully I went home and found a more up to date script and the other woman at the pharmacy counter was friendly and helpful. But I have never in my life experienced customer service so bad that I have been personally offended to the point of near tears. No one should be treated as less than humn, especially in a medical setting.

Went into the chemist unwell, as we do. Found out when I went to collect my prescription that I was allergic to the medication prescribed. By this point I was very emotional, overwhelmed and frustrated. I know there wasn't much the pharmacists could do, without me having to go and see a doctor again. But the way the calmed me down with understanding and sympathy really helped. They also tried to call the hospital and my GP for me as well. I'm very grateful for the support they gave me. Thank you to all the staff at Fairfield❤️

Not helpful at all. Going to Terry White down the road now. They close 15 minutes early every day and don’t care when you ask them why they are closing early.

Continuous shocking service. Nothing changes. Staff are not trained and Nurse Ratched (over middle aged, glasses and long hair) needs to go! She is rude to customers and her own staff and continuously screamed like a banshee to wanting to know if products had arrived. I was standing in a section for a while. 3 staff members walked by and not one asked if I needed assistance. I finally decided and walked to the counter where 4 staff members were standing around doing nothing. I asked about the product I was holding and was told by all these staff members, 'I don't know, ask (name of staff member)'. Repeated x 4. I said don't worry as I didn't want my time wasted, got what I needed and left. NEVER AGAIN.Train your staff and employ those that want to work. I'd rather sit in peak hour traffic than visit your store again.

A man walked in while I was lining up for a script - he had no mask on, refused to socially distance and was extremely aggressive when I pulled him up on pushing in. Your pharmacist and staff made no effort to make him wear a mask OR leave the store - he was handed needles and swabs for free (you know what he's using them for, why not give him a sharps disposal unit as well?).The fact that staff and pharmacists stood by and did nothing while this guy threatened other customers with no mask on is disgraceful. If you hand out free needles and swabs, people like that will keep coming back and doing the same thing. Disgusting.
