My Ride Osborne Park
Miguel and Nuno were brilliant. They didn’t have the bike I needed in stock (there’s a worldwide bike shortage right now, but they’re actually very well stocked, but just didn’t even the exact size in the exact bike I wanted), and even though one wasn’t easily available they kept in touch over a few days and managed to get me one, and had it in store a few days later and ready for pick up a few hours after that! Honest, great service, they know what they’re doing. Thanks Nuno!

I visited a number of bike stores and found the staff at My Ride to be the most helpful. I really appreciated that they did not pressure me to buy quickly and let me try lots of bikes. They were very knowledgeable about the bikes and accessories. They delivered my bike the same day that I purchased it which was much appreciated. I highly recommend My Ride!

Nuno was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all things bikes! I appreciated his technical knowledge about bike seats and rate his customer service second to none. After just two visits (dropped bike off in the morning, picked up only a few hours later on the same day), I felt like I was in good hands. Amazing customer service!

I purchased a Scott Genius 950 from Catherine, and the customer service was relaxed and she had no issue letting me try different bikes and frame sizes to make sure I was getting into the right bike.Since purchase, Miguel and Nuno have been excellent in assisting me with any part and maintenance queries. Overall I’m happy with my experience here and would recommend this store for anyone wanting a great bike from a genuine team of staff.

Great service, selection and staff. Had my bike in for a service, went to pick it up, They helped me fit a new seat while I was there and corrected the ride position for better posture and had me ride around on it, was also advised on a number of things, had a good chat. Best bike service experience I've ever had.

Excellent knowledge and service, very family friendly!I'm an absolute beginner and they were able to recommend a good bike for me, helmet, matching lights and holder and install them on the bike for me, and even gave some pointers/lessons for on the road riding and transporting the bike.Thanks a lot, Catherine and Nuno!

Miguel was fantastic. I entered the shop with very little bike knowledge and I never once felt pressured. Miguel took the time to assist me and offered very professional advise and I am delighted with my Purchase of 4 bikes, bike rack and some accessories. One of my best shopping experiences highly recommended. This is a family business with family values. Thanks Miguel I will be back for sure.
