Highly recommend this company. Ordered items late at night and they were ready the next day to pick up from the Bayswater warehouse, to save postage. Customer service on the phone and at pick up was excellent.Had been looking for napkin rings in the shops since last year but very scarce and could not justify spending $40 for 4 (needed 12).Bought 12 silver AND 12 gold from Luna and cost me less than 4 in the shops!! Excellent quality and bought locally.

I purchased a couple of Black Fitted Tablecloths, for a great price, 3 years ago for my marketstalls and expos and they look as good as the day I bought them. The colour is still vibrant, even after being out in the sun and the fabric is professional grade.

For customers that have been with you for years you should allow returns of items especially when the wrong Color was sent to them. You guys sent me a wrong blue color for sashes as well as cream curtains instead of pure white curtains. Now you are telling me that I can’t return them because it’s over 30days. Now am stuck with these items as I can’t use them for my clients event. Very disappointed.

Great customer service.Went today to exchange some items we purchased on line ( just changed our mind about the colour).The sales lady (unfortunately don’t remember her name) was so lovely and helpful. She took her time to show as everything we were interested in. Very polite and friendly.Great prices and a lot of stock options too. Hardly recommend!
