We have been dealing with the team at TSHIRTSONLY for the past several years for our dance and aerial school. We do large orders for our Midyear shows and they constantly amaze at how responsive they are, how quickly they turn around the orders and the excellent quality of the (in our case) screen printing. Students wear the shirts every week and even a year later, although the shirt itself might be starting to fade - the print looks as good as the day they got it. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I strongly do not recommend this business. Previously, my university club did business with tshirtsonly and had no problems. The second time, we encountered many problems. In writing, we reminded tshirtsonly to send the shirts worth over $1,800 to a different address than the first time. Tshirtsonly acknowledged this. However, they made a mistake and sent the shirts to the old address. When we called asking about this issue, they failed to apologise for their mistake and instead told us to call the courier service when all we wanted was for tshirtsonly to acknowledge the great inconvenience and distress brought about by the lost delivery.Tshirtsonly also hung up on our call, claiming that we were rude when we were merely explaining our issue without raising our voice.When we brought up consumer law and the seller’s responsibility to locate the parcel, he emailed back,“ Don’t bring up consumer law! Help yourself find your t-shirts.” We have never encountered such unprofessional and irresponsible service and would like to advise future customers from dealing with this sort of stress.
