Arrogant rude incompetent they don’t seem to be able to understand that someone at the age of 60 doesn’t want to go labouring or become a truck driver or forklift driver they seem fully focused on getting you any job so they can claim money from the government.

Unreliable lazy staff who only care about themselves. I was told to report a earning I have not received, which is a lie and can get me in trouble...Super unprofessional. Don't listen to your concerns and are extremely unsupportive when it comes to job search, will apply you for the worst jobs in the area without any consideration that that's not what you want to do.
