Super people. I had Covid and LiveLife dispensed a script for painkillers. Then my daughter, a nurse, said to get a certain gargle.Live Life sent both out by courier ( had paid over the phone using a Bank West Card.. but they had deleted all the details, that was reassuring) and they were left on the chair outside my front door ( I live first floor in an apartment block at Sunshine Beach). There was no charge. Always friendly, always helpful and to give a courier service when you are sick.. Super. Thankyou

I won't go back to this Chemist; they are VERY expensive. While the pharmacist was helpful, I paid $19.95 for Chlorsig Eye Drops, same drops online for $5.15 or $7.50 at my usual Chemist. I won't get caught again......

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I had a PRP Treatment in my shoulder yesterday around lunchtime, this included 4 local anaesthetic and 4 Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections. Once the anaesthetic wore off i went to this pharmacy to get some codeine using my prescription i got from my prp treatment doctor.As soon and the pharmacist held the prescription, he accused me of forging the prescription, suggestions that i have written it myself, i told him where i got it, then he made a call (seemed fake) to the medical centre, which had closed at this point, so i was refused prescribed pain killers and was forced to put up with an absolutely throbbing shoulder until morning when i could to get some help.Should be ashamed!!!

I had the best customer service today from a lady employee who was very helpful, knowledgeable and helped me today when I was looking for perfume, she asked questions and just knew what to offer me as suggestions and was so familiar with the Clarins products I was after. I will definitely go back and look for her next time to help with cosmetics , or anything else, she has such a welcoming personality, thankyou

Pharmacist here ( didn’t catch his name) saved the eyesight in one of my wife’s eyes by being observant and attentive. Helped us get in to an optometrist who referred us on to a ophthalmologist for emergency surgery. All turned out well thankfully but could easily have been disastrous but for the professionalism and quick actions of this man. Definitely recommend

And do the simple task of updating the hours to reflect new hours

Staff are always friendly and helpful, especially Naturopath and staff in the holistic section. Well priced and much better product diversity than any of the other Pharmacies in the area, including the other LL. This is my go-to for all health needs and last minute gifts.

Jason, Jamie, Sandra, Marilyn and team provide professional and friendly service that goes beyond what’s required. We’ve tried other chemists in the Noosa area but now we won’t be going anywhere else.

The team are fantastic and offer excellent service. Would go there again.
