First off, NO STAR.I called to make an appointment to visit the clinic and was spoken to so rudely by a female receptionist (17/08/2022) that I actually didn't even bother and went to a whole different suburb.I have never in my whole life experienced such disrespect from someone in a pawn position at work.Absolutely astonished and don't recommend anyone to this clinic. The reviews on the clinic speak for itself, broken tooth, bad staff etc.. Called another clinic and got through without issue.

I have been going to the centre for years... Got my dentures for free.. Never had any problems with them... Maybe i have been lucky, but i always had amazing students.. Keep up the good work...

My initial visit was long, and a thorough examination. Some of the younger qualified dentists might be perceived as condescending at first, but they have your oral health at the top priority. If their bedside manner might need a bit of work, their knowledge does not.I was paired with a student dentist who is very knowledgeable of the different dental procedures. If you have a health care card, give them a chance. It'll save you from paying through the nose.

I’m super grateful for the dental care my dad receives at the Oral Health Centre at little to no cost. My dad is very happy with the treatment he has received over the years and how thorough the students are . The facility itself is also fantastic and the waiting room is a nice clean and hygienic space - considering how busy the place gets: thank you.

Staff here are amazing. My daughter had a lot of Dental issues and they were very great with explaining everything to me. She recently had her surgery an there were no issues, she is now home recovering and I couldn't thank the staff enough. I mean it was a long wait to get here but in the end what needed to be done has been done and I'm glad that such a group of Knowledgeable people were able to help. I can't thank them enough

one of the rudest receptionists i’ve ever seen. i just witnessed her yelling at a lady who didn’t have the best english. instead of asking the lady what her name was, the receptionist decides to yell, “I DON’T KNOW WHO YOU ARE, WHO ARE YOU”. and then the receptionist decides to yell, “I DON’T UNDERSTAND YOU” over and over again while the lady was trying to talk. she didn’t even give the lady a chance to speak! when there are language barriers in the workplace, you should be patient and respectful but NOPE she was extremely rude and impatient to this poor lady. her customer service was absolutely DISGUSTING. Anyways, not only is the receptionist rude, the parking sucks. There should be more parking bays! If i could give this place no stars i would lol

Patronising, dentist told me 4 times in 20 minutes that, if only I won lottery could I have teeth that fit.Dentist wanted this appt to review impacted teeth. But today, he hadn't even seen the xrays he ordered, decided he didn't want to and did the consult without, even though the xrays were available. He could have done this consult last time if he didn't need them!He then insisted I make the decision today to have, or not, multiple teeth, including impacted wisdom teeth, removed. I can't even decide if he knows what the best thing to do is.

No stars.Wish I had of read the reviews before going. It’s been a yr and a half and I’ve only had 3 appointments- latest one has been canceled (again) and now told have to wait until December. My front tooth they were “fixing” (which was fine before the dentist Jackie started fiddling with it) is now black and will have to be removed- and they still don’t care and still happy to charge me for it.Absolutely disgusting and devastated.

I am very upset with this dentistry, they last minute cancel appointments on you but when you do the same they threaten to kick you out, the hipocrisy in this industry is ridiculous.

Twenty years of attending this clinic I have had nothing but exemplary service and absolutely nothing at all to complain about. Everyone of the staff I have come in contact with have been exceptionally cheerful and nice and always acted in a professional manner. I can accept that this is not the view of everyone but it is beyond my my experience to think of anyone at the clinic but in good terms. Thanks all of you for your help.
