Premium Hand Car Wash

Poor Job, When things are pointed out they get very defensive and try and get your out of the area as soon as possible promising a free wash next time, when you come back .. they deny or brush you off in protest..Now i'd be okay with this behaviour if i paid $20-30, however when you pay $90 and get this service they're kidding themselves.Issues: Waxing car in the SUN (all the wax was pasted on the car)Bugs and road tarThe owners dont speak english and a running a rip off place,If you have a nice car or just care about your car please do not come to this place

Pricing is a joke, wants 700 bucks to full detail and cut and polish a dual cab Ute

Drove in today to enquire about having my car cleaned. Decided on the service and told they’d need an hour. Went back an hour later and was told that they needed at least another hour. When I questioned why the guy got instantly defensive and told me that if I wasn’t happy I could take the car and leave. I said it’s not an issue and to calm down.He then flat out lied saying that he never gave me a timeframe accusing me of just making one up. Very poor customer service and attitude.As for the actual cleaning job that cost over $100, pathetic. Under the seats not vacuumed, outside of the car clearly not cleaned on certain parts and residue of whatever chemical they used to clean the interior on the dashboard. Could wipe my finger across it when I got home and leave track marks.I’d read previous reviews about the same level of poor service and should’ve listened to them.

I have a large car so its $120 charge for a very average job. Had to get him to go over the chrome when I came to pick it up cos he just left it out in the sun to dry off and the rest of the car is just a basic job. It's so easy to do a good job cleaning a car. There's a new big scratch in it as well that wasn't there two days ago but its impossible to say they did it. I wont go back there again and the bloke who runs it is super unfriendly. No wonder no one goes in there.

Had our Mecedes washed, polished and vacuumed here today. They did an amazing job, looks new again. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

My car looks great after it’s once a year car wash . I’m not sure how this guy works out his prices. He ponders quietly to himself and I’m pretty sure he knows how much it will cost without thinking deeply. I paid $130 and I would have to say: never again! Does not say how he comes up with the price nor does he offer an itemised bill. I’m disappointed I fell for it.

First time I have used this business but will definitely be back. I had a full interior clean, cut and polish and my car looks great. Was able to call in first thing and book it in for same day service which I loved. The gentleman that runs it is also very nice, he was polite and delivered on what he promised.

Recommend this car wash to anyone want a good service and want there car looked after. I regularly use them for my car and extremely happy with them.

Paid $150 for a detail and to get the dog hair out of the car. Loads of dog hair left in car. They didn't vac the boot, the cup holders were not cleaned. They didn't wipe over any of the dash. I would not use them again. Their loss, I get my car detailed every 2 months.
