This was my first experience with Ultra Tune Warnbro and a very pleasant one too. Before they started servicing my Holden Epica they sent me a very comprehensible video with all the faults found and a quote to repair it all. Manager Aimee is not only very nice to look at but also very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

Just had my first Tune Up and Service with Ultra Tune Warnbro. Couldn't be happier. I loved the video explanation to what was needed and they finally fixed my clunky noise that has been driving me batty. Was very appreciated for the lift home and picked up at the end of the day as well. Big plus for me. Very friendly staff.Will be back for my next Service for sure.

Aimee and the boys run a clean and organised workshop/office. I put my car in for a 200kms major service. The video was very helpful to see the additional work was required. They were able to finish my car in a timely manner. Happy

At 80ks my brakes needed a look at. I could have been advised that I needed to replace parts. However I received a welcome reply that the brakes were fine! This is doing business the honest way. The way to go to secure return business!!!

Took my car in to have the aircon fixed, all well and good until i pick the car up and get home to discover a monstrous coolant leak. give them a call and get booked back in to have that fixed. get a call the next day letting me know that they’ve crashed my car, no real apology from anyone and just get told “it’ll get sorted”. take the car home damaged and still have the exact same coolant leak. cost me $1700+ and ended up not being able to drive for 3 months due to damage and leak but at least my aircon works, still trying to get the insurance sorted out to have it fixed. will not be going back and despise the place
