Nice stuff and hook me up well. now they also a Lexus dealer, interesting to visit or just have chat with them. Their boss has a good car collection if you are lucky to have a look . Plus, ask for a test drive is hussle free. recommand for its great location and great service

I am writing this review to express the professionalism and incredible outcome on the delivery of my new Toyota Landcruiser.Ryan Chen in particular at Sydney City Toyota (Glebe) has gone above and beyond to get the car before a certain date and made the whole process reassuring and easier than expected.From the moment I spoke to Ryan I knew I was in good hands as not many dealers have the same communication skills and transparency as Ryan.If anyone is considering a new Toyota (or Lexus) i strongly recommend Ryan and his team.I also recommend their service team. Wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Dealt with Harley. Wouldn’t answer any questions about car availability and stock unless I paid a $1000 deposit. I was then labelled “indecisive” by him. How can I make any decisions on the spot when none of my questions were answered. Very poor customer service. Felt I was forced into a corner and had to pay a ransom. I called Rob from Toyota (Waterloo) and he was much more better to deal with thankfully.

Extremely Overpriced.The 2 times I've entrusted my 1990 Toyota Celica to them, they decided to take on the job.They charged over 700 AUD for a simple break hose replacement with $20 worth of parts, and a few minutes of job completion.Second time, I had a more serious issue with my auto transmission, they had a drive along, I've explained the problem in detail and they decided to inspect the car and see what they could do. They didn't contact me back on their own once, I was told I'd be called about the car towards the end of the booking day. I had to call them a day after to essentially be told they can't fix it and to take it to another shop after trying to fix" the iddle I did not have issues with. 2 days pass and I have to physically go to the shop to be told I should take the car with me. AND I am being charged 180 for an inspection.In total they had the car in for 3 and a half working days. I have to pay for the SINGLE hour of "work " done to it
