Excellent and friendly service.We engaged Ross to sell our apartment on a very limited time schedule. He worked tirelessly to ensure we were aware of the selling history in the area, best marketing strategy and kept in contact to ensure we were comfortable in the selling process.The apartment to be sold was one of 7 in the building that were on the market; there was plenty of competition.On the first home open, there were two potential buyers and by the second home open, an offer had been made which met our target price.The process from initial meeting to completion of settlement was in many regards as smooth as we could have hoped.
