Recently purchased a sports product online. When it arrived I noticed it was due to expire so I phoned them up to discuss. The manager, Todd apologized and owned the issue and provided me with options. He promptly sent me a replacement by express post and our conversation was followed up with a very polite email advising the tracking number. I received the replacement product the following day with a number of free product samples. What a way to recover with flair. Great after sales service, will definitely shop here again.

Ordered protein bars from them online and had absolutely horrible customer service. My order never came due to some issues with confirming the address. Therefore i asked for a refund. Spoke to a customer service agent on facebook after waiting for about 2 days before i could catch hold of one. Asked for a refund and they said OK but my refund never came through. Also asked for a confirmation email on refund and also never got through.Emailed them COUNTLESS times and no one bothered to reply. Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend purchasing from them.
