I had an EPC warning light problem and tried calling them for an urgent service/repair.Guess what? They said that the earliest date they can attend to it (even though it’s an emergency repair problem) is in December (I called them in early Oct!!)Don’t the dealer have slot for urgent repair as compared to normal servicing? Apparently not at Rex Gorell VW Geelong!So I had to contact VW Camberwell and they not only gave me an emergency slot the next day and even arranged tow service to tow my car! I was totally impressed and flabbergasted! This Is what I call excellent SERVICE !And I have always wanted to support local businesses; definitely not Rex Gorell VW Geelong. When you needed them, they wouldn’t be there for you. I’ll always remember that.

Good service lovely food and good company what a great place

I won’t be taking my Amarok here again.Cocky and not accountable whatsoever.I called today to confirm my booking and another Amarok courtesy car so I can carry my tools to work. The man on the phone confirmed and I said I would race from work to get there before they closed.I arrived only to find out that my service wasn’t until next week and there is no Amarok courtesy car to be offered.No apology, only insinuation that I should be fortunate to be offered their “little car”.Unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve received this pretentious attitude from Rex Gorrell. It hasn’t always been bad, we’ve had great experiences buying cars from them in the past.I have been more than happy to pay a premium price for a premium service. This is far from it from it.I hope someone from Rex Gorrell reads this sees this and approaches this toxic culture.
