Never completed the entire job. Long-term warranties are a joke. You will face unprofessional attitude once you require any additional work that should be covered under warranty although it is your right. More than two months passed and the process is still in limbo. This is a legitimate review. Of course, it is easier for you to accuse this review as being fake opposed to taking responsibility for your company's atrocious behaviour and lack of professionalism. We got the quote with many others but what I liked about the sales team was there was no pushy sales. Then the team came out today, this was when the company really impressed, both gentlemen arrived and started consulting with how we are intending on using our power and made recommendations ons what would give us the best outcome! Love it! They consulted with where I wanted the inverter placed and advised how they were going to place it.Then they installed, they were efficient tidy and so professional.Then they explained how to use the system they took time to test everything including the hot water system and timer.Just such a positive experience with Aaron and I feel so rude not remembering the other persons name but equally as awesome.If you want a company you can trust definitely go to this one and if you are even lucky enough to get Aaron’s team well done :) thank you for all your help and consultation you guys are a credit to your trade

We booked these people to upgrade our solar panels and put in new ones, and gave them a deposit. They came out and said there were holes in our roof and refused to instal. We had insurance come out and they said not hail, because our house is a vintage Queenslander there was an instalation on the roof at some stage as the holes were symetrical which installation was removed years ago before we bought this house and insurance said no inside damage. The holes were filled in. We went further and had a roof inspection to double check that said nothing wrong with our roof as the holes had been fixed, all good to go for solar panels (we already have solar panels there and no problems). We rebooked these crooks to come again to put them on and they refused again to put them on for the same reason, even though we said we'd had two inspections and no problems with our roof. Not our fault they wouldn't go ahead, we did what we were supposed to do. They refused to refund $390 deposit. We had even gavin them a referral for a friend down the road before all this trouble which they installed for him, so thanks for nothing we did them a favour. Absolute crooks. We will be taking legal action.

Had my 13.2kw Solar installed yesterday and I highly recommend Green Focus. If I had another system I would go straight to them. Installed my 13.2kw in 1 day, answered any questions I had and cleaned up when they finished. Helped me setup the app so I can see it working on my phone.Really, really happy with the results. Best price, great advice & very helpful with any questions. Highly recommend.5 Stars

The installation was done quickly - as was payment of the agreed amount - that’s when the issues started - and continue to date.When we were shown how to operate the system we were told it was operational. Were were not told that operation before meter upgrade could result in additional charges for power we generated.The conduit and cable was placed against the gutter spreader which causes a backup.of water and flooding in the house - needs to be shifted.The after installation process of Energex/Retailer/Installer seriously sucks - despite assurances from Greenfocus that nothing is done until all approvals etc are in place, 6 weeks after the install we are still not able to use our PV as the meter has yet to be upgraded. That particular process is still in limbo and no one (Energex Click Energy or GreenFocus Solar) can explain why it was not done in a timely fashion.Still waiting.

just had my solar installed, absolutely fantastic work and quick and efficient, tradies great to deal with highly recommended, they went above and beyond to meet my needs and great price as well.
