No change machine and no being able to use coins to dry washing ...unbelieveable put heavy bedding in dryer had to take take you out and leave ..not happy at all

Im an atheist but thank God for this place, I've traveled quite a bit a know my fair share of coin laundries, this one is top notch, the equipment is really modern, they take card payment as opposed to carrying a bag full of 1 AUD coins, and they price is the lowest in Richmond ( trust me I checked) a few . I'm a def a costumer.

Different sized machines, depending on needs. Swipe card makes it a lot easier. Moderate cost as was ten dollars to do my weekly and dry it too

Do not use this laundromat, they advertise they are open until 1am however when returning to collect the clothes at 12:55am the doors were locked. Messaged on Facebook and Instagram at the time, messages were opened and ignored with no solution

Laundromat advertises closure and that the door locks at 1am, and to quote - “Exit the store on Time” yet they lock the door before 12:55am, leaving customers clothes stuck. Despite them arriving within the time span advertised on the door. No response from owner despite being left on read and being active on social media platforms they use. Poor customer service and poor advertising of trading hours.

Don’t come here expecting North American prices. It’s cheaper than what you find locally, but costs about double than the states/Canada.Super clean, free wifi and there’s bench space to work and sit at while you wait. Best part is that they actually all work! There is no drop off and fold service.Just putting pricing here as we had trouble finding out the prices and had to physically go check it out. They’ve got a weekday wash special! $3 wash mon-fri. Otherwise it’s $5.80 for a 9kg load for half hr. $2 for a satchet of laundry powder. Dryers are $5.50 for half hour. I’ll come back...on a weekday!
