I had geographically closer Mercedes Benz dealers I did initially visit that were arrogant and border line rude.....then I spoke to Michael Cooksley at Tynan Mercedes Benz.....not only was Michael down to earth and very pleasant to deal with, he went out of his way to make the process of purchasing my new car very smooth and hassle free. He also clearly has a passion for cars as his knowledge and advice on the various models wasexcellent and it greatly helped me in my decision making process.
