This 711 needs to find better staff, me and my partner wanted to get some late night coffee, we rock up at 1:30am and we stand at the door for around 10 mins in the freezing cold, we stand in front of the sensor with was making noise, no one comes, we ring the bell twice no one comes, we see the person stocking drinks in the back, which is ok but we make eye contact with them and they ignore us and pretend they didnt see us, never have we been to a 711 with such rude staff, this happened on Thursday the 15th of June at 1:30am, whoever this staff member is you should have a word with them on how to serve customers.

We were yelled at over load speaker to pay before you fuel up which is new to us as we have never had to do so and the lady that served me was extremely rude and disrespectful. Apparently after 10 pm at this one particular station you pay before you fill your tank but instead of kindly explaining this we were told like we were dumb. Please find better staff

Reported a faulty pump handle and was told it's not faulty, but that I am filling my car incorrectly! I have filled my car there before and never had a problem. Guess I won't be filling up there again!

Just had the worst experience here. There was a fault with one of the pumps where the meter was running like normal but the fuel was splattering small drops. I stopped the pump and mentioned it to staff who came and fixed the issue, i then finished filling my car with a functioning pump. When i went to pay, they tried to charge me for the original pump that did nothing and refused to let me pay for Jusr the fuel i actually received!
