I have been looked after by the owners and staff of the capel pharmacy for years..unfortunately these days with doctors being as busy as they are it's left to the staff at the chemist to explain to us what why and when about new medication ..Lisa Simpson in particular is wonderful at this as some of us aren't versed in medical lingo..thanks Lisa David Pat and staff..for keeping the country feel in a country chemist.

People say you should shop local first, Local Business should not rip the local off.I bought ear drops from Bunbury Chemist cost $38.00, partner bought exactly the same ear drops from Capel Chemist $48.90. Purchases within 2 weeks of each other.Would have been cheaper to drive into Bunbury. I think businesses should encourage us to shop local also not rip us off. 25% price hike is ridiculous.

I am a capel local and have been shopping here for several years. I will not set foot in here again until a certain female pharmacist has been moved on. She has no sense of tact, perfectly happy to talk very loudly about my personal business while the whole shop can hear. She is also perfectly happy faffing about chatting and joking and ignoring the line of customers waiting to get their scripts. Zero time management. The prices are higher than most other shops but that’s not unusual for a small town. If the director/owner reads this, she is losing you money!

I am local and the Capel Pharmacy is always friendly and great service. Always happy to visit them anytime.
