The worst experience I have ever encountered! If I could rate no stars I would. Not only was my dry cleaning not done properly, or perhaps not even done at all - it seemed like it given back dirty with the same marks in the garment; the customer service was absolutely atrocious. Even though I tried my best to remain calm, polite and tried to work with the owner to have the issue resolved, she continued to be very rude, disrespectful and narcissistic towards me. She blamed her colleagues for not doing the job right and continued to challenge me by not resolving the issue, knowingly she was at fault. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. What a nightmare.

Good local dry cleaner, very good hours for people with office job cause they open till 6pm even on Saturday. They have done a few alteration and suit pants repair for me, all was good and at a reasonable price. The service is fast and you can always ask when you can expect the job to be done and have it written down. They even warn me about a risk of my leather jacket coming out of dry clean with issue because the jacket manufacturer dooes not list any method of cleaning but the dry clean ended up ok and did not damage the jacket.

Needed to get my husband suite dry-cleaned on a Saturday as I forgot to put it in during the week. This was the only dry cleaner in the area that did a same day dryclean. I dropped off the suite at about 10.30am and then got a call at 1pm the same day to tell me the suite was ready. What great service. Also very reasonably priced Would definitely recommend Sparkle dry cleaners at Yagoona I was very happy with the quality of the clean.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Dress wasn’t dry cleaned. Came back with the same stains that would have been removed if it was actually dry cleaned. Very rude customer service, disrespectful and condescending.

My suits came back worse than I dropped them off... suits were crinkled and bubbling in the suit collars. The shirts were crinkled looked like it had just been spun wash and dried. I was given a full refund on the dryclean and press after being given a joke of an excuse that it was due to the type of fabric. Had to go to another dry cleaners to fix it up. The professional dry cleaners laughed at how ridiculous a job was done. Do yourself a favour and go to any other dry cleaners. Honest to god, if I had photos to post you would not be impressed...
