APM Employment Services - Midland

If I could give 0 stars I would.Had an appointment with one of the workers, they text to say they were sick. I call them back and the number is disconnected. I call 10 times to apm to try and get through only to be told i have the wrong department and that the worker im seeing hasnt actually worked there for over a month. They tell me to call the other line since they couldn't help me. I called for 3 hours, over 30 times, only to get a call back telling me she doesnt work here. I was not informed of her departure, i had to call repeatedly only to be met with someone trying to tell me i must have called the wrong number, and that he didnt even know who my next case manager was going to be. I was left completely in the dark with my payment at risk. I was told i didnt have to worry about my payment if i called them, despite the other month when i was told i did not have to attend an appointment, and they cut my pay despite me literally being told i did not need to go. I dont trust this department to be professional

Worst ever job network they lie ,they do Jack to help in fact they only help to stuff up the work you have..And Rob the site manager is is stand over tactic bully..young enough to be my son, but has no respect. Avoid place by all means

beyond disgusting service if you can even call it service the manager absolutely is never wrong and every single staff member refuses to do work, if your disabled in any way this is not a place to better your future you are more like to neck yourself, never had any assistance with anything at all even after they took the mick out of my last job provider they have literally done nothing in 4 months its hello, how are you oh we cant help with that sorry see you next week

Absolutely shocking customer service. The 1 star rating is for Paul Barrett who is the only staff member in the office willing to give any clients assistance. Paul was not even my case manager. Female staff members very rude and providing disconnected mobile phone numbers for the Site Manager just shows the level of Total Incompetenece and lack of care factor for any job seekers who dare to use APM as a Job Service Provider. I have forwarded a complaint to the Small Business.

No receptionist to greet you just sit in a chair and wait hours to be seen what a joke

Avoid this place at all costs absolutely horrible customer service they don't bother to help find jobs for you. its just like a hello how are you doing bye situation absolutely horrible place. i will not be returning
