Fantastic company and staff! We needed an urgent house clean done. They were able to fit us in with very little notice. Cleaner arrived on time and did not leave until the work was completed to an exceptional standard. Would absolutely recommend these guys.

Really great cleaning job at our end of lease. We’d been in the place for six years, with two small kids, so the place had seen some action. Blue Cleaning gave us a competitive quote, quickly and were able to fit us in just before our lease-end. They cleaned the place beautifully and we got our bond back. Boom.

We recently used Blue Cleaning Group for two end of lease cleans. The first one was when the tenants moving out of a townhouse we had bought didn't have time to clean". We were fitted in with such short notice and even though the townhouse was left disgusting

We contracted Blue Cleaning Group to deep clean our couches, which were in a terrible state. Sangay who came to clean the couches arrived on time and was very nice and courteous. He did a great job doing a deep clean of the couches. He managed to remove stains that we couldn’t believe could be removed. He was candid with his assessment after the clean and advised that the stains may not be removed completely because of how long they’ve been there. We appreciated his up front advice. He cleaned up and mopped the dirty floors afterwards. I would highly recommend the blue cleaning group for your house cleaning needs. And if you can get Sangay, even better.Raouf

We used this service to clean up after tenants left out unit in a terrible state. Lina and the team were efficient and did an amazing job. The results were fantastic.

Booked blue cleaning group for an end of lease clean.Once the cleaner got there the extra charge cost came through for the balcony and fridge. No dramas - paid this even though an end of lease clean should include the whole property regardless. Not the issue.Real estate inspected the property the next day / the carpet was barely cleaned to start with and there was over a handful of areas still dirty. The small table wasn’t even moved to clean under it (under 5kg table) let alone the rest of the furniture including the skirting boards.Had them back the next few days - they then took two days to complete a full clean however it was not cleaned. The real estate then sent me more photos of simple things like the toilet still stained and tools left behind. The cleaner took off with the keys and the group reported the job done.Let’s see how we go for a refund as I’ll have to book another cleaner as they didn’t do the job and it looks like it’s a job they won’t be able to do.
