I found the most beautiful white jumpsuit for my night out but I had noticed a stain on it - thankfully Bridget at the Casuarina store got it right out! Cody also helped me with my selections and I ended up buying three outfits instead of one! Thanks guys!

Me and my mates were trying on hats and taking photos and this girl that works there goes Are yous gonna buy hats or just take photos" which to us was very rude because we did end up buying hats

Quick and painless buying new Converse shoes. Jenna went above and beyond to make me feel welcome in the store and took adequate time throughout the sales process to allow me to find the right pair. She even recommended other stores who might have what I am looking for, while placing a pair on hold for me until the following days close of business. I checked out other shops and returned solely on the level of service Jenna provided. Good customer service is hard to find these days and good employees need to be recognized for going beyond what their peers may be providing. Great work Universal Store and more importantly great work Jenna! Will happily shop in your store again.
