The best agent manager Ibrahim Hurt!! I was in a situation where I needed to get out of the unit, because my husband has ankle fractured.its hard for him to use stairs .In the first inspection we liked the house gratefullY and our application approved. Zero stars would be more accurate! Landlords be warned! I had been with Best Real estate for six years or so as a landlord. Initially, I was happy with the service however over time noticed my levies weren't paid. When my tenant moved out the place was not in a liveable state. It was trashed and turns out no inspections were done for 2 plus years to ensure the tenants were maintaining the property. It was only discovered when the tenant moved out. There were mould issues and they never followed up with the tenant to remedy. Trudy is extremely rude and unprofessional, she uses intimidation and bullying tactics. I was told I can't organise cleaners and repairs as they are the managing agent they will have to. She was being difficult when my tradespersons went to collect keys. They organised cleaners for my property who contacted my tradesperson for keys despite specific instruction from me in writing and verbally that i will organise own cleaners. Luckily my tradesperson didn't hand over the keys. I don't understand the need for such dodgy behaviour.Trudy needs to do a course on conflict management and how to handle complaints. Her staff are more professional than her. Very unprofessional conduct.
