KFC Caboolture Big Fish

they weren't aware of a Special which was running. so sold us some soft warm chips and overcooked chicken instead.KFC is usually good but not this one.

Chicken was so over cooked it was dry and crunchy took it back and asked for some that was not so dry and over cooked the young lady behind the counter looks at me as if I was insulting her . She then went and showed the manager she got the chicken from a different side when returned it she basically throw it across the counter . OMG what happened to customer service this is the 3 rd time at the new shop and all 3 times it’s been very ordinary won’t be back to this shop

Yesterday just before 5pm (when they close) we chose to go through your drive through. After waiting and waiting, and shouting at the order box, we drove to the first window. The girl behind the window did not like me asking if the box is broken. I ordered a 3 piece box for my son. I asked for Coke. She said Pepsi? She misheard (or chose to) when I said no Pepsi, and I had to tell her NO PEPSI, what else is available. Her face spoke volumes. But I had a hard day, machines breaking, sore body parts, the heat. So did not particularly feel nice. I paid and then waited a long time at the next window. I should have checked the contents. See, this was a reward to my disabled son for his help that day. His fav meal. She chose to give him 2 basically inedible, dry, hard pieces out of the 3. His chips looked fine when he nibbled in the car. When we got home, the bottom chips were squashed into a mush with a few good ones on top. So thanks, dear girl. You spoiled a treat for a disabled young man. You chose to do this when a bone-tired, hurting mother with plantar fasciitis, a broken vertebra, trigger finger and a frozen shoulder came to you for a meal after kneading 18kg of dough BY HAND after the machine broke halfway. You may not know what this feels like now, at 18. Mother Nature and her sister Karma will fix that for you in 40 years. You may not care for disabled people today. Again, do zo voort and both MN and Karma will teach you some lessons, I am sorry to say. It is a pity that ONE person spoil a brand new business. I will not go there again. And I will spread this story far and wide. Have a good day (with Mrs Brown's meaning).

Excellent service received from Harry tonight. Watched him deal with some less than pleasant customers and he handled it like a champion. Food was lovely shop was clean.

Has to be the worst KFC in Qld. The newest one but far out the staff don't have a clue. They get the order wrong everytime. They don't know what they serve or what offers they have. I'd rather drive further away to morayfield KFC. Management should be sacked and the store should just shut down. They don't have a clue.

Just received our from this store. Chips were soggy, 15 pieces of chicken were stuffed into the same box as the 18 soggy nuggets. Ordered 5 pieces of hot spicy, never received them. For a new store , My family and I have been there 3 times since it's opened this being the third time and all I can say is for a new KFC to a new complex I would be ashamed to have the staff that are running this site. Family and i were very disappointed with this order and won't be coming back. KFC beerburrum road 100 x better service and food.

Check your order before leaving. Make sure your chips aren’t soggy and that they are seasoned. Apart from that make sure you have everything you ordered. I’m local and have been to this store a dozen times and only once have they got the order right. Very disappointing from a brand new store.

Most staff are rude had a replacement because the chips were cold and no salt and gave us the wrong sized drinks would only replace 1 of the drinks and 2 chips went to pick up the replacement later that night Manager was rude at the 1st window 2nd window the food was almost thrown into my car and said here's your order. No customer service skills at all. Kindness goes along way...

3 time ordering a feed since they have opened, I understand that it's a new store and will have some teething issues but everytime the chips have been soggy and barely warm.Asked for extra salt on the chips and I don't think that they had any...Common guys your letting the kfc name down
