We needed to install a screen to ensure privacy and an unplanned bonus was how much heat this reduced on this western side of the house. Allows airflow, reduces beating sun and provides an effective screening.

Went to this store to look for internal shutters for our sun room. Was pleasantly surprised of the range of shutters and blinds that they had available on display in this store at Carseldine.Customer Service was excellent, any questions my wife and I asked about the shutters and blinds they were able to give us fantastic feed back on.They arranged through the sales area of the company to send out to our place a sales representative to measure and quote on the products we were interested in purchasing.We were more than pleased to then proceed to place our orders for the shutters and security screening required.

Recently had custom made wooden binds made and installed. Finished Products looks very cheap no difference than the ready to hang one can you could find at anywhere else. If you have a standard window. Pls don’t bother to buy costumes made from them to avoid the disappointment. I contact the shop. They told me to discuss with the guy who ever gave me the quote. ( what a professional service ). Then I emailed the matter to the guy whoever did the quote but his response pretty much it’s MY fault and he show me the sample and I signed contract paid money... what a fantastic customer service !

From start to finish we have been wrapped in the professionalism of the Franklyn people - both the floor staff at Carseldine (Mhari and David) and the installer (Neil) of our new panel glide blinds ... cost was very competitive ... delivery was well within expected time ... and installation was done with great care. We have shutters on order as well and look forward to seeing thse installed after this first great experience. Well done Franklyn!!

We had our outside awning done by Frankllyn they are of great quality and half the price. They arrived when they said they would for a quote as well as installation. Both the rep and man that installed them were professional and friendly.
