Everything i have read in the other reviews and more ...I loved my stay and will come back as soon as I can again; It was my second time and every time there is something new to witness or experience; movie night was perfect on the big projector screen joined by my friends, We had our own popcorn popped and amazing icecream sandwiches made by our hosts. I'd recommend the catered stay, as their pizzas and local cheeses are also divine. Everything is local, or homegrown and made on premises; see the garden if you'd like to grab a few fresh herbs. This place is completely off-grid and the view is everything you can wish for, I even saw a cute deer in the morning as the sun came up, I was surrounded by bird song, another great thing is the total and complete privacy. My wife Helena & I stayed here in May earlier this year and it was without a doubt, absolutely worth 5 stars.The accommodation was great, bed was comfy, fire was super warm and the view was fantastic. What really set this place apart from anywhere else though, was the exceptional hospitality. This place was stocked with locally sourced goodies and homemade treats. I'm talking about home baked 'healthy biscuits', dried fruit, homemade popcorn! and locally sourced coffee beans that were delicious.Mark & Matthew do a fantastic job at making you feel welcome and ensure that you have the most relaxing stay possible.We will definitely be staying again.

We stayed last week for a few nights to wrap up 2021 and welcome 2022. This cottage has to be one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in as the owners have made sure it has everything you need. I really appreciated the fully stocked pantry with homegrown/organic herbs, spices and pantry staples that ensured we ate well during our stay there. The cottage is so remote that you have acres of land to explore and enjoy the serenity. If you are on the fence about booking here, please do book it as the photos does not do this place any justice! Its so beautiful, clean and peaceful!

We booked Destination M's gorgeous property for a week of rest, relaxation and tranquility and it delivered in spades. The property is thoughtfully designed with the huge bed, luxurious bath and beautiful herb/veggie garden being some of the highlights - all topped off with spectacular views. We made the most of the well equipped kitchen and BBQ, and utilised the excellent movie collection as well as binoculars for bird-watching and wallaby spotting. Mark and Matthew were perfect hosts, providing very thorough info ahead of booking and on arrival, leaving us to our own devices, but able to be contacted whenever we needed during our stay. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time, the property is secluded and overlooks gorgeous views, with lots of wildlife. The house has everything you could think of needing; spices, legumes, rice etc and lots of homegrown fruit and veges from the garden. The towels, linen and bed were luxurious. Mark was very hospitable and friendly. We ordered pizza on our first night and highly recommend the food- delicious! The fire pit outside was perfect, take a moment to look at the stars, absolutely breathtaking. We had a very relaxing stay and didn’t want to leave. 100% recommended!

What a perfect escape. My husband and I booked this beautiful cabin for a week and it exceeded all expectation. The location is amazing, seated high on a hill overlooking a valley view so unique to the Otways and is very private with no neighbors in sight. The home is completely off the grid and one of the most beautiful guest houses I have ever seen. The space is filled with unique details, surrounded by edible gardens and you will want for nothing. The space is stocked like a well loved home with homegrown teas, treats, honey, movies and books, you will want to try everything. Mark and Matthew were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome and well looked after. We opted for all of their meal options and everything was amazing. All the food is home grown and home made, if they do not farm it themselves, they will source it locally so everything you have is unique to the area and time of year. This is absolutely the most perfect get away for foodies and nature lovers. We are so thankful to have come across Mark, Matthew and this beautiful place - we cannot wait to get back!

Destination M Rehab 155 is a must stay at least once if you get the chance. The views are to die for. The cabin is the most relaxing place you can imagine. Sunrise was amazing. Matthew is the most wonderful host you could have. He supplied us with honey from his own bees. Condiments, herbs, coffee, teas and more. We will definitely be back. 2 nights were not enough.

We loved our stay at Destination M. Mark and Matthew were great hosts and just a phone call away if we needed anything.Their property is so stunning, the views are incredible.Definitely recommend organizing them to cook you dinner as a little extra. The food is incredible and nearly all sourced from their own garden or locally produced.We will definitely be back.

Wow!I am hesitant to write this review for fear of never being able to get a booking again once the word gets out!The location and the views are breathtaking and secluded. Heaven.The house is luxurious and unlike the usual accommodation offerings you get. From the giant tub for 2 overlooking the valleys and hills, to the giant bed with heavenly pillows & linens, it was hard to leave the house! But leave we eventually did and enjoyed a fabulous, leisurely bike ride along the Old Ocean Rd to Princetown & back. The home made breads and nibbles provided made our ride even more enjoyable!We opted for a food hamper of produce from their garden and local wines & cheese and we were thrilled with it all. Seriously good fare.We enjoyed our spoils both on the gorgeous sunny deck in the day and by the fire in the evening.Romantic. Relaxing and very private. But can also imagine a fab getaway with the girls here.Mark & Matthew are fabulous hosts who go far above & beyond.Highly recommend Destination M and will definitely be back.

Mark and Matt were wonderful hosts, and their place was absolutely beautiful! Watching sunrise from bed was just one of the highlights, using their kayaks on the river and eating their homemade pies, salad and apple crumble on the balcony was deliciously good. We will most definitely be going back soon!
