I had been looking at their stories and videos. They are very informative and the videos encourage me to get out more and explore the nearby areas. I have recently purchased the South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales book. It includes maps, directions, places to stay and an index to find everything quickly. From an idea into a truly wonderful production.

I bought one of the books to discover some of the South East part of Queensland and even venture into Northern New South Wales. Well the book hasn't disappointed one bit. I was fairly new into the adventure/touring part of motorcycling after spending many years off road riding in the dirt, and I was keen to discover the other side of motorcycling which was adventure/touring without going too hard core off road. These books from Throw Your Leg Over help you get up and started to perhaps going to places you had never been and at the same time enjoying your ride and experiencing some awesome views. Not good at directions? No problem as the books come with QR codes to open up in Google maps. You can also request gpx files to upload to your sat nav!! I highly recommend these books from Bridget and Alan, they certainly are worth every cent!

Great books, well written and plenty of info for your trip.Perfect size for fitting into a small bag or decent pocket so always handy when you need it.

Alan and Bridget have so far put together two amazing books for the touring and day-tripping motorcyclist alike. Well written, sprinkled with great photos and a wealth of vital information, they should be in every saddle bag! With two Aussie editions available now and their Europe edition due soon, the team at Throw Your Leg Over have got something for every local rider and those that dream about two-wheeling in amazing destinations overseas. And I’m sure they’ve only just begun!

Great books. I've used them to plan rides in areas that I'm not familiar with. Great info with detailed guidance and trip notes which you know are coming from authors who have lived and breathed the area to put the routes together.I've had the SEQLD NNSW book for a couple of years now, and have just bought the Tasmanian book to help plan a trip there in September and work out not only the great roads to ride but to also gather details about the areas I'm about to ride through.I can't recommend them enough.
