Joe was always on time, worked so fast as a pro installer, communicates with you any problem if ever (floor not straight), he would also rectify them. Leaves the place clean without having to ask. We were concerned about the louvres we had ordered, as we have not had this experience before. We were very happy with the show of the panels fitted, we had a bit of a time wait, but once the 2 gentlemen arrived. they were very professional. and supplied a very good quality louvre on each window. at the end they gave us a quality talk about the units and supplied some very good paperwork which was a warranty. for the next 10 years, we are very happy with the end result.
