I was somewhat hesitant ordering a bath online, but what a positive experience it has been!I ordered the bath on Thursday evening, aware that the company I was purchasing from was interstate (I'm based in WA). I was a bit nervous about how long it may take to arrive, given that even small parcels can take weeks to arrive at the moment.Turns out I had nothing to be concerned about: by Monday afternoon, my new bath was sitting safely on my back patio! And I had received a phone call and text from Tap and Sink earlier in the day to keep me informed about delivery. Which was not even two business days after ordering!!The professionalism and excellent customer service was very impressive, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Tap and Sink :)

They were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond than what i had expected especially when i told Joe my husband was trying to install the tap ware . I would definitely recommend this company . It is very hard to find honest people these days . You can trust this company not only do they deliver what they say but they really try for their customer.

As a premium builder I need quality of service in terms of stock and delivery times. Julia and her team went above and beyond to achieve this and even returning a surplus WC suite was not an issue. They tried to make my life as hassle-free as possible. Simple right? In these Wuhan-Covid virus nonsense times, when almost every company is ad-screaming that they are 'here to help'...but in actual fact delivering the worst service ever; Tap & Sink just delivered. That's how you bind a customer for life! Well done!

I encountered Tap and Sink when trying to source Meir tapware for my apartment renovation during Covid lockdowns and all showrooms etc were closed. Julie and her team were kind enough to send samples so I could look and feel" and was very competitive on price. Now installed not only are they stunning looking but exactly the functionality I wanted."
