Novotel Barossa Valley Resort

The rooms have the oldest tvs, they couldn’t even locate a chrome cast for us despite staying a couple nights. Only thing you get the option to watch is free to air tv , how good. So having a tv in a room is useless. Would recommend bringing a chrome cast or an Apple Tv. Or would recommend not staying here, rooms are old and extremely disappointed. Can’t even kick back after dinner and watch a tv show of my choice. I would happily give you 80 dollars to go buy a chrome cast.Thanks

We arrived as the sun was setting; a warm pinkish-orange hue to the west and dappled light over the Barossa Hills to the East. The web photos don't do enough for this property. The facilities are top quality and you could easily spend your time at the resort for several days. The rooms are well insulated from noise.

About an hour's drive from Adelaide airport, so I'd recommend hiring a car. There's not much around, so if you want to do some shopping or visit some wineries, you'd need a car to get there from the hotel. There's plenty of parking available at the hotel at no cost. All of he rooms are set up so that you enter and leave your room from outside and you walk a short distance to the main hotel where the restaurant is, which is where they serve breakfast. If you're going in autumn/winter, bring a warm coat because it's FREEZING outside! There is a dedicated kids indoor play area which is right next to the outdoor pool. The restaurant has delicious food, and the staff are lovely. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable and there's a lovely private little outdoor patio where you can sit with your coffee and admire the view.

Very nice, family friendly resort in a great location, stunning views and fantastic amenities. Great selection on the buffet breakfast, and nice large rooms and apartments with modern decor and amenities. I would give it 5 stars but the food let it down, the food tasted good but the lack of variety and options on the menu, lost a star for this otherwise great hotel.

Holy mackerel! We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Novotel Barossa Valley. The staff exceeded every expectation - nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond with their little gestures to make us feel special and welcome. Special mention of Dianne in the restaurant who was delightful and so generous in everything she did. A truely lovely woman!We had a few issues (not associated with Novotel) and the staff helped us out without question, providing everything we needed to fix things. Amazing!The location and views are breathtaking, the rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the food was delicious!! Would definitely love to go back some day….Well done Novotel Barossa Valley - you get our vote for sure!! ❤️❤️❤️

The room was excellent, modern and and amenities, fabulous. Even had a coffee machine. Dined at Cellar kitchen and the meal was excellent. Fabulous flavours beautifully cooked and presented. Service was excellent in the restaurant as well. Couldn’t fault it.

Worst customer service spoke to the rudest person that canceled my booking a day before I checked in due to credit card problems but was met to pay on the day so when I wanted to re book they wanted to charge me a extra 100 per night even though I book the room Two weeks ago. So I guess the hotel just wanted to get more money for the room because in was in demand this week . My friend stayed there few weeks ago and got food poisoning so lucky I didn’t stay dodged a bullet

Great stay over New Years. Staff were helpful and always there if needed. The hotel put on a great night with a DJ and a 5 course meal beforehand. Rooms were serviced daily and we loved playing tennis before it warmed up in the morning.Buffet brekkie was delicious with plenty of options too.
