Owner is sweet person, very apologetic for slow service.But restaurant is perfectly mismanaged.Short on cutlery, sauces, staff.Not having a dedicated person on grill charred the chicken to burnt edges.Heard the plates dropping twice in thirty minutes we were there.

This place can do no wrong! Absolutely epic flame grilled chicken. The broccolini on the side is also so well done. Have been coming here for ages every time I’m at the airport for training. Friendly staff and great food. Thank you!

I think Nandos is the most over rated, over priced chain out there, I can't stand it.The store was fine, staff particularly good but I could never recommend Nandos, how can it be so expensive for so little?

Please avoid this outlet at all costs!!! Very dodgy place with one of most unprofessional people working here.I am extremely disappointed with the service that was provided to me at Nandos Essendon Victoria outlet and I write review in lot of anger and pain.The manager at the place Shiva" (dint give his full name) was completely unprofessional and tried charging an incorrect amount for the burger and large chips I ordered. Ordered a halloumi wrap and it was super fresh and fast service arrived within 10mins of ordering. The owner also came to check to make sure our meals were good and if we needed anything else too which was great customer service. Looking forward to my next visit.

We turn up 20 mins before closing time and there are two things we can order. Chicken and chips. Why say you are open until 9 when you aren’t fully trading? Staff are too busy cleaning so they can walk out the door at 9.

Burgers are big and filling. BBQ ribs are awesome along with proper smokey, flame grilled chicken. All tasted amazing.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The set up of the restaurant is pretty small inside and sometimes if its busy there isn't enough plates and cutlery. I guess because the staff are busy keeping all the orders coming out on time and they cant do everything at once. They could do with more plates and cutlery on offer to deal with peak periods. Overall a good nandos though thanks for keeping me well fed!
