Not impressed with their services, very hard to get in contact with them. I was meant to have my first appointment with them but instead of them following up with on why I wasn't on their system,I was was the one who had to make all the phone calls. Going back to my old job provider, even though I have to travel 45minutes I at least know that they care and I won't get an answering machine

Really grateful to Jason for his help. He guided me through some steps to become more employable and ultimately found me a job. Great stuff! Would have given 5 stars but other job coaches with the company were not as helpful.

Overall I had an alright experience, though it did largely depend on the employment officer you get. Some are more motivated than others, but I am super happy Jason helped me find me my job, talk me through about the job market and liaise with my employer!
