Tried this place 2-3 times due to it being close to home. Found them to be rude, patronising and deliberately condescending. As an attempt at being a new customer they peppered me with rapid-fire technical questions about my chlorinator's ppm etc knowing I wouldn't have an immediate answer. Clearly wanted to me to feel stupid. Bizarre way to run a business.

The service here is absolutely brilliant. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of my pool needs.I was recently stuck at home and they did everything they could to help me. Thanks again guys.

Awesome service. Unlike other pool shops these guys don't push just to get a sale. Also provide repeat customers with a discount. Will happily make the 20min drive each time I need anything.

On 21 st November 2019 I purchased a swim spa from Glamour Pools and Spa .. It was intended to be a family Christmas present and I was guaranteed the spa would be arriving before Christmas .However, .it is now 7th January and we are still waiting . The pool was reorganised to be delivered on 9th January and I was notified today that my spot on the delivery truck had been taken by ''other shops ''so therefore it would not be able to be delivered . I will have to be contacting them every day next week to be sure our position on the truck still exists . I simply have no confidence or faith in Glamour Pools and Spa . If I could I would be asking for a full refund and forget the whole ordeal . I am sad we have not been treated as valuable customers .
